RESIDENT RESPONSE CENTER


RRCThe Resident Response Center is your "one-stop" office for information or assistance related to City services. Whether you want to use SeeClickFix, address a tenant/landlord issue, or just let someone know about neighborhood concerns, the Resident Response Center will record your questions, requests, and concerns then forward them to the right department.  All records are stored in our Online Help Center database for easy tracking and follow up.

RRC will have new hours effective Monday July 22nd.  The new hours will be 9-6 PM, now through October 15th.
October 15th- June 21st we will be open from 9-7 PM.

We recently kicked off a monthly interdepartmental inspection day via The Mayor's Quality of Life Task Force. The task force is a coordinated effort between multiple city departments' code enforcement to identify and inspect problem properties. These are often among the most frequent violators of quality of life issues in our community - like neglectful landlords.
